1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order number) is required.

  • Certain items may not be eligible for return (e.g., customized products, items without original packaging).


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repair.

  • Products without original box, accessories, or manuals.

  • Software or downloadable products.

  • Items sold as “Clearance” or “Final Sale.”


3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or phone.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method or bank transfer.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to your bank account or mobile wallet.


4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at info@cctvcamshop.com within 7 days.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective or wrong item sent by us, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect order by the customer, the buyer will bear the return shipping cost.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos/videos of the damaged product.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.


7. How to Request a Return

  2. Our support team will guide you through the return process.

  3. Ship the product back to the address provided by our team.
